NES – RUSH N ATTACK – TARGET 2 – IS IT ANY GOOD?
Rush N Attack was released in 1987 on the NES by famed publisher Konami. I loved the Konami games and this one was no different. It featured run and gun gameplay that was sometimes unrelenting in its difficulty. They did make the American version of the game a little easier by allowing the player 5 lives to start.
This movie features Target 2 which is a run and gun through a military airfield. The difficulty picks up a little as we have some epic deaths at the end of the stage. We die 3-4 times before we finally get the best of the jet pack enemies and complete the level. Now off to level 3 as the game ramps up the difficulty even more.
Game still is good to me, although I do not remember it being as difficult to control as it is 🙂
