Rush N Attack was released in 1987 on the NES by famed publisher Konami. I loved the Konami games and this one was no different. It featured run and gun gameplay that was sometimes unrelenting in its difficulty. They did make the American version of the game a little easier by allowing the player 5 lives to start.

This movie features Target 5 and our romp through a military base/airfield. We encounter many of the same enemies along with several more land mines to make jump accuracy even more important. We eventually make out way to then end where gun totting para-troopers await. Dodge the initial volley of shots and lay dwon in the corner to knife them all. Off to the last level of the game Target 5 and the nuclear missle.

Mini Review
Game still is good to me, although I do not remember it being as difficult to control as it is 🙂 Controls have taken a little bit to get down, but it is slowly coming back to me.

These games are still fun for a quick play through on something like the NES Classic or your favorite emulator.
