NES – RUSH N ATTACK – TARGET 3 – IS IT ANY GOOD?

Rush N Attack was released in 1987 on the NES by famed publisher Konami. I loved the Konami games and this one was no different. It featured run and gun gameplay that was sometimes unrelenting in its difficulty. They did make the American version of the game a little easier by allowing the player 5 lives to start.
This movie features Target 3 which has our green beret working his way through a naval facility. We stab, jump, dodge, and even shoot our way through this level. After a couple of deaths we eventually make to the end with the submarine backdrop and the dogs charging from both sides. After stabbing a handful from each direction we are off to Target 4.
Mini Review
Game still is good to me, although I do not remember it being as difficult to control as it is 🙂 Controls have taken a little bit to get down, but it is slowly coming back to me.
These games are still fun for a quick play through on something like the NES Classic or your favorite emulator.
